  • Breeza acts as a facilitator between customers and service providers/vendors. While we ensure a quality experience, the responsibility for the delivery, quality, and fulfillment of products and services lies solely with the service provider/vendor.
  • Returns, refunds, and exchanges are at the discretion of the service provider/vendor and are subject to their individual policies.
  1. Return Eligibility
  • Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all accompanying accessories.
  • Services must not have been fully rendered or completed. For partial services, refunds may be subject to a pro-rated amount as determined by the service provider.
  • All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product or service.

  • To initiate a return, please contact the service provider/vendor directly through your Breeza dashboard. You can also reach out to Breeza’s support team for guidance on connecting with the service provider/vendor.
  • Provide relevant details, including your order number, date of purchase, and reason for return.
  • The service provider/vendor will review your request and respond with next steps.
  1. Refunds and Exchanges
  • Refunds and exchanges are processed directly by the service provider/vendor. Breeza does not issue direct refunds but will assist in facilitating communication between you and the provider.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the service provider/vendor’s policy. Breeza cannot guarantee specific timelines for refunds.
  1. Limitations of Liability
  • Breeza is a marketplace platform and is not liable for the quality of products or services provided by third-party vendors.
  • We do not assume responsibility for any issues arising from disputes between customers and service providers/vendors. However, we are committed to assisting in the resolution process wherever possible.
